TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Membership is per vehicle for an indefinite duration and for personal use only. Taxis, limos or other taxi services (Uber, Lyft, Hailo, etc.) or assigns TCP or commercial number to personal vehicles are accepted under the Commercial Plan only. Membership is not valid for vehicles that cannot fit on the conveyor or are unable to ride through the wash tunnel. Membership fee will be automatically billed to your VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or DEBIT CARD each month. Each month thereafter until such time as the agreement is terminated by you or Broadway Carwash, the monthly payment will be billed on the day corresponding to the commencement date. This program cannot be combined with any other programs or discount including but not limited to: prepaid wash cards, house accounts, gasoline, and/or coupons. Broadway Carwash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program or any membership at any time.
A membership transfer from one vehicle to another is prohibited. To cancel your membership, simply drop by and ask to cancel your membership. A receipt will be given to you as proof of cancellation. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods.
